Winchester Anesthesiologists, Inc. is a private practice, well established group that is the exclusive anesthesia provider for the Valley Health System. We have a 40+ year history of providing anesthesia services in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, surrounded by the Appalachian Trail and hiking, skiing, historical sites, vineyards, kayaking, Dulles airport, and Washington, DC. Currently, we are seeking full-time CRNAs for Winchester Medical Center and 2 ambulatory surgical centers due to increasing volume and expansion of services in the second-fastest growing region of Virginia. Cases involve bread-and-butter Orthopedics, ENT, Ob-Gyn, Peds dental, Ophthalmology, Thoracic, Vascular, Breast, Oncology, Robotic and General surgery.
Work schedules are flexible day shifts with 8s/10s or 12s. No call, no pager. Our group offers competitive compensation and unbelievable benefits.
Base Salary is tiered and based on experience: 0-2 yrs: $210K, 2-5 yrs: $225K, 5+ yrs: $240K (paid bi monthly). Sign on bonus: $50K with 3 year commitment.
Overtime rate of $165/hr. Opportunity to work extra with a shift differential of $30 from 7P-11P for a total of $195/hr.
