HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, dedicated CRNAs to join their growing team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This no call opportunity promotes a wide scope of practice with autonomy and an excellent work/life balance. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualified Candidates/Opportunity highlights:
• Care Team Model of 5 Anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs
• Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc. No OB/Trauma/Peds.
• No Call. Shift model: 8s, 10s and 12s. Docs cover nights/weekends.
• CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Top of market, tiered compensation based on years' of experience plus Start Date bonus and relocation assistance available.
• Cardiac stipend of $15K offered with demonstrated proficiency and supporting case logs.
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
• NEW Time Away from Practice policy allows for more time off for our caregivers to use at their discretion.
• Immediate 8 to 10 weeks’ time off based on completed months of service available.
