HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the dynamic team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal, Port Charlotte, FL. This cohesive group thrives on collaboration, good communication and creating a great work environment. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Staffing model of 6 Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
• CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule 4,10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week/late case finishes. 1, 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. If called in, true emergent cases and there is always a Doc on site.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Top of market compensation package plus geographic stipend of $20K. Additional $15K Cardiac stipend officered for qualified clinicians.
• W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant. Financially strong and stable organization with excellent clinical and operational leadership.
• Start Date Bonus and Relocation assistance available.
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
